BBQ

The art of the charcoal barbecue is certainly waning..more and more of us are succuming to the speed and reliablity of the propane/natural gas BBQ.
It seems to be a dying art!

However, we are fortunate to have a master at the C-I-U who has perfected this skill over many years..and so weather permitting..this is a regular site...with delicious end product!
